Jaya Fire & Sound Sealant adalah elemen yang sangat penting dalam aplikasi system gipsum tahan api maupun kedap suara. Menjaga insulation parameter dan menghindari kegagalan system. Berbahan dasar acrylic dengan movement capability pada fire-rated dan insulation joints. Dapat diaplikasikan dengan cat, smoke/fume/water resistance dan mudah dibersihkan dengan air.
