Introduction

Exposed Grid Ceiling System is typically used for commercial and industrial applications which requires aesthetic ceiling finishes or easy access to the ceiling void above. The system consists of high quality pre-painted metal sections that form a grid when locked together into which high quality Jayaboard Ceiling Tiles (Selections of Jayapanel 9mm or 12mm /  Mineral Fiber panel 14mm or 16mm) can be installed.

This system developed for room that requires Anti-seismic performance. Seismic resistance 1.23g PGA (ASTM E 580).

  • Frame: JayaBMS Hanger System (Bracket PN 220/221, Clip Adjuster PN 410/412, Rod PN 409), Donn DX Main Runner, Donn DX Cross Tee.
  • Board: 1 Layer of Jayapanel Gyptile 9mm or 12mm

  • Suspensioon gap max. of 800mm
  • Primary frames gap max. 600mm
  • Secondary frames gap max. 1200/600mm
  • Vertical bracing gap max of. 2400mm
  • All the materials above needs to be reconfirmed by the Contractor / Applicators regarding bookings material inquiry order.
