About Rumah Jayaboard

Kini dan Seterusnya is a tagline that represents the DNA of Jayaboard company. Carrying the tagline, Jayaboard then built a showroom at Unit 3 Foresta Business Loft 1, BSD City on 2016. Today, the showroom is known as Rumah Jayaboard.

One-Stop-Solution, a concept behind the design of Rumah Jayaboard allows the customers to see Jayaboard's products, hands on and learn how to DIY with the products, consultation, and also purchasing them. Rumah Jayaboard also carry the Feel, Touch, and Experience theme. The theme itself is being applied in most of the spaces so that our customers could hands on and feel the difference between Jayaboard products and other conventional building material products. With this concept and theme, Rumah Jayaboard has various functions starting from product display to education process. 

Lobby Area

Lobby Area is the first space that our customer will see upon stepping inside Rumah Jayaboard. Almost all of Jayaboard's products are being displayed in this area so that our customers could see and learn the benefits right after entering the showroom.

Thermal Performance Area

Thermal Performance is an area in which customers could see and feel directly the difference of heat generated between Heatstop™ gypsum board and other brands' gypsum board.  Heatstop™ has an advantage to make rooms feel cooler.

Home Theatre Area

Rumah Jayaboard also has a Home Theatre room. This room shows the combination of Jayaboard's technical board products, such as Soundstop™ for sound resistance, FIrestop™ for fire resistance, and Jayabell™ with its acoustic performance so that home-owners could relax and comfort themselves without having to worry about noises coming from the outside.

Bedroom Area

Bedroom area shows the decorative ceilings which are being made using Jaya Casting.

Bathroom Area

Just like a hotel room, there is also Bathroom area inside Rumah Jayaboard which display the performance of Wet Area Optimum™ and Fiberock, Jayaboard products that are fit to be used in humid area such as bathroom.

Training Room Area

Not only as a place to showcase the benefits of Jayaboard's products and systems. Rumah Jayaboard also often used as a training center for aplicator, architect, contractor, and public who wish to learn more about products and systems of Jayaboard.

Meeting Room Area

Meeting Room area uses Jayabell™ to improve the acoustic performance inside the room and also Geometrix on the ceiling so that the atmosphere in the meeting room looks lively. 

Office Area

On the top floor of Rumah Jayaboard, there is Office Area. This area applies decorative accent of gypsum board which will lighten up the mood in the office.
