Kaleidoscope 2020: Surviving to Thriving into Great Team Player in VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, dan Ambiguity) - Covid-19 Pandemic Outbreak era.

Jayaboard has not only focused on the use of advanced technology but also the awareness to environmental sustainability, utilizes resources effectively and cares to contribute positively to the surrounding community.

Since the first COVID-19 outbreak case in Indonesia, Jayaboard with the spirit of Surviving to Thriving Jayaboard is still committed to share and spread good vibes to others while trying to do the best to become a great team player in VUCA era. Jayaboard’s support towards VUCA are accomplished by strengthening the foundation and preparing for all unexpected issues (volatility), investing and expanding the network’s information (uncertainty), developing resources and restructuring (suitability), and implementing design ideas to be widely applied (ambiguity), now and forever.

Picture 5 : As a form of concern for the community and the surrounding environment, one of Jayaboard factories located in Cilegon, recently held a community service support program by helping to procure 30 sheets of Gypsum board, to repair damaged ceilings in the community service room of the Pulomerak Police office. and the Grogol Sub-Sector Police. The two community service offices are located in the vicinity of Cilegon factory.
